Initially scoped as a simple carpooling platform with an admin portal targeted at German communities. The client’s vision was to enable better usage of public and private vehicles. It started as a platform focusing on ridesharing and later expanded into a strategic execution of the goal.
As the sole designer on a lean team with four engineers, I guided the end-to-end design process, developing a unified design system, defining a holistic product strategy, and managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
